OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities arrested two men in connection to the death of an Oklahoma City man.

On Feb. 6, officers were called to the 2600 block of S.W. Grand Blvd. on a trouble unknown.

When authorities arrived, they found 40-year-old Lester Vines with trauma to his face.

Vines was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later died.

The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office ruled his death a homicide.

This week officers arrested 18-year-old Jacob Vines and 31-year-old David Franco on complaints of first degree murder.
