OKLAHOMA CITY - Bob Barry Jr. was a member of the OU SAE fraternity. He had this to say about the video showing current members reciting a racist chant from over the weekend.

"It's outrageous, disgusting,

all of the things you've been hearing all day long. I can only speak to what I experienced. It's been 35 years since I was in that house, but I can tell you I *never* saw that kind of discrimination, I *never* heard that chant.

As a member of that house, it's frustrating, because suddenly we're all painted as racists and I can tell you, I know hundreds of SAE's who are good men, who treat people with respect and dignity.

It's obviously infuriating that this kind of ignorance is out there, there's no place for it, and on a personal note, it's sad that these knuckleheads were part of a fraternity that I loved."
