OKLAHOMA CITY – As many people prepare for severe storm season, others are still recovering from the May 2013 tornadoes.

The Oklahoma Disaster Recovery Project says assistance is still available for those communities who are recovering from the disaster.

Organizers say many families who had insurance may need more help.

The group says they are prepared to help people with housing repairs, materials, addressing mold issues, funding for rebuilds or repairs that insurance and FEMA didn’t cover, fencing, sheds, relocation costs, furniture and appliances, medical needs, spiritual and mental health services and transportation.
