Thunder players continue to uphold the Oklahoma Standard

OKLAHOMA CITY — With the almost exactly 20 years since the Oklahoma City bombing, Oklahomans are taking a strong stand to keep up the Oklahoma Standard.

The Thunder, always aiming to make the community a priority, is continuing to make the Oklahoma Standard part of their mission, as well.

Steven Adams, Serge Ibaka, and Enes Kanter planted a tree and helped seed the Great Lawn at Myriad Gardens on Monday. The service was also part of NBA Green Week.

While his teammates had their sleeves rolled up, Russell Westbrook used the big scissors for the opening of the third Russell’s Reading Room in OKC.
