Health department: Two Oklahomans die from the flu

OKLAHOMA CITY – Health officials confirmed that two more Oklahomans have died from the flu.

So far, 107 Oklahomans have died from the virus since flu season started last September.

In addition to those deaths, over 2,200 people have been hospitalized because of symptoms related to the illness.

According to the Oklahoma State Department of Health, the state’s flu numbers are at their lowest level since November.
