Investigators offer reward in effort to solve 14-year-old murder case
WAGONER, Okla. – State investigators are offering a reward in an effort to solve a 14-year-old murder case.
On April 9, 2001, 59-year-old Richard Piersall was shot during an armed robbery of the Kum-N-Go convenience store.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation officials say Piersall was a clerk at the store.
Although investigators have developed several suspects during the investigation, more information is needed from witnesses in the area.
The OSBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for Piersall’s murder.
