Silver Alert canceled : Missing Norman man reunited with family

Update: Ronald David Hunt has been found.

Norman police confirm that, with the help of Norman Fire Department and the Cleveland County Sheriff’s office, Hunt was located near his home.

Two Cleveland County deputies found the man, who suffers from Alzheimer’s and is partially blind.

He has since been reunited with his family.

NORMAN, Okla. – A Silver Alert has been issued for 67-year-old Ronald David Hunt.

Hunt, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and is partially blind, walked away from his home near SE 72 Ave and Cedar Lane in Norman.

He has brown hair and brown eyes, is 6 feet tall, and weighs 200 lbs.

Hunt was last seen early Saturday morning, wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, black pajama pants, and house shoes. He can be recognized by his Fu Manchu-style mustache.

Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of Mr. Hunt is asked to call the Norman Police Department at (405) 321-1600.
