Watch: 5 exercises you need to know to get in shape by summer

OKLAHOMA CITY - If you are thinking about getting into a swimsuit but want to lose a couple of pounds before summer, experts say there are a few exercises you need to know.

Experts say all it takes is dedicating eight minutes, three days a week. Once your body starts adjusting to the exercises, add two-minute increments to the routine until you reach 20 minutes.

To start, do one set of ten for each of the five exercises until you reach the eight minute mark.
