OKLAHOMA CITY — One man was shot and killed during a home invasion on Thursday, March 5.

Police say when they arrived to the 3400 block of S.W. 22nd St. around 5:45 p.m., Jerry Jamison had already been shot.

According to reports, three men arrived at the residence in a white 4-door car. Two of the males allegedly went into the house, while one stayed in the car.

The two men went into the house, where authorities say Jerry Jamison was shot multiple times.

Police reports say one of the armed suspects held a 14-year-old and an 8-year-old captive in the living room while the other armed suspect searched the kitchen for money and drugs.

One of the suspects ran back to the car, where he and the driver took off, police say.

Police say Russell Ermeling and David Cox were later arrested and confessed to the premeditation and follow through of robbing the house.

The driver, later identified as James Michael Davis, was also named by police as an active participant in the planning and execution of the armed robbery of Jerry Jamison and his family.
