SNOOK, Tx. – Some cops in Texas are in hot water after cellphone video surfaced showing them giving an underage drinker the chance to get out of a ticket by beating them at a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Authorities told KBTX that three of the officers hired to work security at the Chilifest music festival will not be allowed to work security at future events after the incident.

Burleson County Precinct 2 Constable Dennis Gaas told KBTX that letting the underage girl go isn’t what bothers him, but when officers “play games to get someone out of a ticket, I have a problem with that.”

Gaas says giving citations is an officer’s discretion, but he is unhappy with the way the officers handled this incident.

“It gives all of us a bad name,” he said.

Although the constable may be unhappy with the three officers, we’re sure the unidentified girl in the video is thrilled the officers gave her the chance to play.
