NORMAN, Okla. – Bob Moore Chopper 4 is on the scene of a car fire just south of the OU campus in Norman.

The car is in the parking lot of the National Weather Center, near the loading dock. The fire is now out.

It appears that the gate to the National Weather Center lot gate was damaged in the incident.

The Norman Fire Chief says it appears the car rammed the gate.

He also confirmed that crews found the body of a person inside.

OUPD is investigating the incident as a suspected suicide.

KFOR’s Kristen Shanahan says a bomb squad was called to the scene but authorities say no word if anything has been found at this point.
