HORWICH, United Kingdom – A teen’s simple act of kindness turned into a viral sensation.

Christian Trouesdale, 18, is a part-time store assistant at Aldi, according to The Bolton News.

One day, a 96-year-old man asked Christian for help getting home because he was afraid of the strong winds.

The teen went to ask his manager if it was okay, and the manager told him it was the right thing to do.

Christian held the elderly man’s hand and carried the man’s groceries all the way to his home.

A week later, the man asked for the Aldi employee’s help again.

Christian happily obliged and helped the man home.

This time, a passerby saw the pair together and snapped an adorable picture.

Christian has received international attention for his act of kindness.

He credits his mom and dad for raising him to be kind to others.
