WASHINGTON D.C. — The mother of Oklahoma City Thunder’s Kevin Durant, Wanda Pratt, was in Washington D.C. Tuesday to shed light on her excellent parenting.

Pratt was featured as a speaker at the U.S. Dream Academy forum on parenting called “Creating a Culture of Excellence: Parenting  for High Performance.”

‘Mama Durant’ was alongside mothers of other high profile athletes like the most decorated Olympian of all time, Michael Phelps;  Heisman Trophy Winner and New Orleans Saints Running Back Mark Ingram; and Washington Redskins Quarterback Robert Griffin, III.

While Wanda Pratt was at the Capitol, she met with some other high profile people… Oklahoma Senators Jim Inhofe and James Lankford.

Pratt may have raised a good man in Kevin Durant, but he’s made it clear that she’s “the real MVP.”
