OKLAHOMA CITY — A man was arrested for exposing himself to the general public in Bricktown Tuesday.

Around 5:30 p.m., police were called to the Sonic on Johnny Bench Dr.

When police arrived, the Sonic security guard told them a man was hanging around the back of the restaurant after he asked him several times to leave.

The security guard says the man refused to leave and began yelling obscenities at him.

But when the suspect, 41-year-old Douglas Bergman, finally began to walk away, police reports say he “removed his penis from inside his pants and proceeded to urinate on the bush.”

Reports say the man stood there “for an extended period of time with his genitalia exposed” while he talked to himself; authorities say females and families were around at the time.

Bergman was arrested at Centennial Dr. and Bass Pro Dr. for public indecency and trespassing on private property. He was then transported and booked at the Oklahoma County Jail.
