STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. – A teacher is out of a job and is facing charges for allegedly allowing students to have sex in his classroom.

“I was in a state of disbelief when I read all these messages,” said a parent, who wanted to remain anonymous.

The mother said she looked at her 14-year-old’s phone and discovered a shocking text message exchange between him and Quinton Wright.

Wright was a math teacher and coach at Champion Theme Middle School.

“Basically, he’s allowing the students to have sex in a storage room in his classroom,” she said.

The mother said Wright also sent her son a calendar with teachers’ schedules, and a text saying he did not have condoms.

“It’s very sickening and disheartening because we trust administrators and educators when we drop our kids off at school,” she said.

The mother pulled her eighth grader from school on Friday, contacted the principal and called the police to file a complaint.

The Dekalb School System removed the 25-year-old teacher from the classroom, and a warrant was issued for his arrest on Monday.
