MCCLAIN COUNTY, Okla. – Rushing waters swept a pickup and three people off a rural road in McClain County.

Officials say the incident happened around 3:30 a.m.

Rescuers were able to save two passengers, but officials say the rushing waters were too much for the driver and he drowned at the scene.

The condition of the two survivors is unknown at this time.

The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 56-year-old Gary Goll.

Authorities say he died from drowning and the manner of death was an accident.
