Meet the new Miss Oklahoma

TULSA, Okla. – A new Miss Oklahoma was crowned Saturday night.

Georgia Frazier, competing as Miss Ada, was crowned Miss Oklahoma 2015.

She graduated from Oral Roberts University in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in communication and a minor in humanities.

Georgia was diagnosed with the early stages of cervical cancer in 2012, according to her website.

She is now cancer-free.

She is now a spokesperson for Cervical Cancer Awareness, speaking to over 10,000 young men and women about the growing health issue.

Her personal platform is “Warriors for Women,” where she is teaching young women to “fight like a girl” and be a warrior for women’s health.

Georgia will represent Oklahoma at the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City in September.
