OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man has been arrested after allegedly robbing a sandwich shop last month.

On May 2, officers were called to the Subway restaurant, located in the 6200 block of N. Meridian, after callers said they had just been robbed.

The victim told police that a man walked in and ordered a sandwich, but went to the bathroom before completing his order.

When the man came back, they say he grabbed a bag of chips and pulled out a gun.

The arrest affidavit claims that the alleged suspect told the victim, “I’m sorry about this, I’m just down on my luck.”

Authorities arrested 25-year-old Gerard Harbour for robbery with a firearm.
