Sheriff: 16-year-old girl abducted in Iowa

IOWA — A 16-year-old girl was reportedly abducted by three people from Winfield, Iowa Friday.

Karyn Renee Mehaffy was abducted just before 8 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2015, according to to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. They say she was taken from the 300 block of S. Olive St.

She was abducted by three people in a dark blue SUV, according to reports.

Karyn is described as being 5-feet, 3-inches tall, heavyset, has dyed blonde hair with blue/green bangs, is tan and has blue eyes.  She was last seen wearing green skinny jeans and a black sleeveless t-shirt.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office says she may be with Wilfredo Martinez Gonzalez.
