VALENCIA, Calif. – A 10-year-old girl died after losing consciousness on a roller coaster in California.
On Friday, Jasmine Martinez had just finished riding the Revolution roller coaster at the Magic Mountain theme park when she was found unconscious but breathing, according to KTLA.
Paramedics rushed to the scene and took the little girl to a local hospital.
It was unclear if the girl’s loss of consciousness was ride-related or part of a pre-existing condition.
The girl died over the weekend, officials confirmed.
An autopsy on Martinez is pending.
