OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma man says his father was attacked by  two people he was trying to help.

The man and the son stopped near NW 116th and Macarthur Blvd. to help a motorist with a broken down vehicle Tuesday morning around 2 a.m.

The people inside the vehicle, described as two black men, then attacked the father and son, according to police.

The son was able to get away and call for help, but there was no one there when police arrived on scene.

The father was found a short time later with no injuries.
