OKLAHOMA CITY--It is with deep sadness that we mourn the loss of our friend and colleague Bob Barry, Jr.

Bobby died earlier Saturday, June 20, 2015,  in a car crash not far from his home.

Of course Bobby and his dad were such a part of our NewsChannel 4 family.

“Our KFOR family has been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from the community.  We are mourning the loss of a great guy who genuinely cared for everyone.  On behalf of the KFOR family, I want to express our heartfelt appreciation from you, the viewers, our clients, our vendors, the sports community, and our fellow broadcasters for the condolences and support during this tragic time,” said Wes Milbourn, KFOR General Manager.

"Bob loved his family, and he loved Oklahoma. We would just ask that everyone say a prayer for his wife Gina and his family at this difficult time," said KFOR News Director Carlton Houston.

We lost Bob Sr. several years ago and now, in such a sudden and tragic way, we've lost Bobby as well.

We're in constant contact with his wife Gina and his family.

Matt Berry posted this on Sunday.
