Manager fired after seen punching female employee inside restaurant

GRAMERCY PARK, N.Y. – Two employees at Panera Bread are now out of a job after a violent confrontation was caught on tape.

According to Gawker, a male manager at the restaurant brutally hit a female employee who was in the process of quitting.

In the video, the woman throws a bag of chips on the ground and screams before she was hit.

According to the YouTube user who uploaded the video, the fight started when the woman was thrown out of the restaurant earlier.

When she returned, things got out of hand.

Panera Bread told Gawker that it has no tolerance for the behavior and both employees were terminated.
