OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man is recovering after two alleged suspects robbed him and then shot him in the ankle.

On July 12, around 8:40 p.m., police say two men approached a man as he was getting out of his car at an apartment complex in the 2400 block of NW 39th.

According to the police report, the suspects demanded cash and the victim complied.

One of the suspects then shot the victim in the ankle.

Before he ran away, one of the suspects bent down to tell the victim something.

The suspect then fired his gun into a passing car and ran away.

The victim was transported to the hospital for his injuries.

The suspects are described as two black males who are about 6 feet tall.  One of the men weighed about 180 lbs and the other appeared to weigh around 150 pounds.
