OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man was arrested after allegedly spying on a woman living in his home.

On July 8, a woman called police and alleged a man was using a cell phone hidden in the bathroom’s floor vent to video tape her.

According to the arrest affidavit, the victim told officers that she was getting ready for work when she heard an alarm go off in the bathroom.

She told authorities that she followed the sound to the floor vent and found a phone, which she claims belonged to 29-year-old Bruce Williams.

The phone was “propped up with some cardboard facing towards the bathtub and toilet. She picked up the phone and noticed on the cell phone screen that the phone was on record,” the affidavit read.

The victim told police she was able to view the video, which she claims featured Williams placing the phone in the vent and adjusting it.

Later that day, the victim told officials that she confronted Williams, who admitted to hiding the phone.

Williams was arrested on a charge of taking clandestine photos and or videos.
