In Your Corner Update 7/27/15: Brian Krafton’s back in jail accused of writing bogus checks in Edmond.
He's currently serving out several prison terms and on probation until 2022.
Over the years we caught him running alleged roofing scams and a bogus credit repair service.
He even posed as a charity begging people for money.
Krafton's been sued dozens of times and convicted of scamming lots of people in our state, mainly the disabled, elderly and unemployed.
We know Krafton's been wearing an ankle monitor, terms of his probation and early release from prison.
Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater tells the In Your Corner team Krafton was arrested last week trying to scam a small business owner in Edmond.
In recent months, he's also accused of running a bogus job placement agency and real estate photography company out of his parents' home in Edmond.
Krafton's posting ads on Craigslist and going by his middle name now, Brian Vincent.
His former employees say he wasn't paying them in recent months either.
We’ve heard that same song and dance before.
Right now Krafton's locked up in the Oklahoma County Jail.
Prater says he'll ask a judge to revoke Krafton's sentence, which means the career criminal could be heading back to prison.
We'll keep you posted.
