OKLAHOMA CITY – Local authorities have put another alleged child predator behind bars.

Adam McMillen, 37, of Oklahoma City, was arrested after he allegedly arranged to meet with a 14-year-old Mustang girl to have sex.

According to the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office, McMillen contacted an undercover deputy who was posing to be a 14-year-old Mustang girl.

Officials say McMillen’s initial contact with the girl began Thursday morning.

The conversation rapidly became sexual in nature, sheriff officials say.

During their conversations, McMillen allegedly described multiple sex acts that he wanted the young girl to act out while online.

Soon, McMillen planned a meeting with the young girl in order to have sex, authorities say.

He allegedly arranged a meeting with the girl near SW 15th Street and Morgan Road.

When the man arrived at the location, investigators quickly moved in to make his arrest, but McMillen sped away, authorities say.

Eventually, sheriff’s deputies caught up to him and took him into custody.

According to the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office, investigators found that McMillen’s cell phone was the device used in the illegal communications with the undercover deputy.

McMillen is facing two charges of Soliciting Sex With a Minor Through Use of Technology.
