NORMAN, Okla. – A Norman man was arrested after allegedly sharing child pornography on the internet.

Authorities with the Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested 29-year-old James Russell Clark earlier this week.

Last month, an agent with the task force searched networks for child pornography and found an IP address that shared more than 250 files with 104 of those files that were flagged as “files of interest” in other child pornography cases.

Investigators claim the IP address was linked to Clark’s home in Norman.

Officials say a computer in Clark’s bedroom was actively sharing child pornography .

He was arrested for distribution of child pornography, aggravated possession of child pornography, violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug proceeds, maintaining a dwelling and use of surveillance equipment to facilitate a felony.
