This Chilled Strawberry Soup recipe is popular at resorts and on cruise ships; it's an easy summer favorite and a quick way to impress guests.
The following recipe serves 4-6 people.
Chilled Strawberry Soup
- 2 Cups Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Healthy Pinch Ground Cinnamon
- 2 lbs Fresh Strawberries, tops removed and halved
In blender or food processor, add ingredients and purée. Chill for 2 hours; serve in chilled bowls or footed goblets and garnish with fresh Mint and/or thinly sliced Strawberries.
