Homicide victim identified, Oklahoma City Police investigating

3600 block of S. Kelley Ave.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Police are investigating a homicide in northeast Oklahoma City.

Officers responded to a welfare check call in the 3600 block of S. Kelley Ave. around 4:10 p.m.

Police say they found a deceased person with injuries consistent with a homicide.

The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Brendon Jajuan Turner from Ponca City.

At this time, there have been no arrests in the case.

“At this point, we have no suspect information,” said Officer Travis Vernier with the Oklahoma City Police Department. “Our detectives are working to develop leads.”
