Oklahoma man pulls woman out of early morning house fire

Fire crews were called to a house fire in Norman early Friday morning.

CLEVELAND COUNTY, Okla. – Officials say one woman was injured in a house fire near Newalla early Friday morning.

Initial reports indicate a trailer home caught fire shortly after 7 a.m. in the 19200 block of 8 A street.

When fire crews arrived, they found the home fully engulfed in flames.

A man told deputies at the scene, he saw smoke coming from the trailer, opened the front door and found a woman on the couch.

He pulled the 56-year-old woman from the trailer.

The woman was transported to the hospital in unknown condition.

Norman and Little Axe fire departments were able to extinguish the flames.

No word on what started the fire.
