NORMAN, Okla. – Authorities in Cleveland County pursued an alleged suspect along a busy interstate on Thursday morning.

Shortly before 11 a.m. on Thursday, officers attempted to pull over a car near Tecumseh.

However, the driver took off, leading police on a chase that spanned several cities.

The alleged suspect used I-35 to make it to Moore before driving along the service road.

Minutes later, officers used a tactical maneuver on the alleged suspect near S.E. 89th St., which brought the chase to an end.

Authorities say the female driver was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from an Ulta store.
