Oklahoma man who was arrested for child pornography twice in a year is sentenced

CADDO COUNTY, Okla. – An Oklahoma man, who was arrested twice in one year for complaints related to child pornography, will be heading to prison.

In August of 2013, an undercover agent discovered Kyle Dean Caldwell had downloaded several videos containing child porn.

He was arrested at his home in Hinton.

In August of 2014, the same agent conducted an investigation into the distribution of child pornography, which led authorities back to Caldwell’s house.

Last week, Caldwell pleaded guilty to multiple crimes related to child pornography.

Caldwell was sentenced to 20 years in the state penitentiary.
