Oklahoma officer’s dashcam captures wild off-road police chase

CHICKASHA, Okla. - An officer's dashcam captured a wild off-road police chase in Chickasha.

A man accused of being under the influence led police through a number of people's backyards.

It happened around 4 a.m. Saturday morning when an officer noticed the driver having trouble staying in his lane.

After several long minutes, the wild ride came to a sudden end when the man drove into a ditch.

That man, Chris Bryant, later surrendered and was booked into jail.

He is facing a number of charges.

Bryant apparent told officers he ran from them because he didn't have a valid license.
