TULSA, Okla. — Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a Tulsa man on a felony warrant out of Mesquite, Texas on Wednesday.

Officials say a juvenile went to the Mesquite Police Department in Texas and reported that David Earl Myers III had been manufacturing child pornography, as well as repeatedly sexually abusing children.

Myers, who lives in Tulsa, was arrested at his place of work Wednesday afternoon.

He was transported to the Tulsa County jail where he awaits extradition to Texas.

Officials say a search of Myers’ home uncovered several pieces of evidence, including implements of abuse described by the child victim.
