Former Subway spokesman, Jared Fogle

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.- Just days after former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle reached a plea deal on a child pornography case, a woman claims that she warned Subway about his behavior years ago.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Fogle will plead guilty to child pornography charges and to crossing state lines to pay for sex with minors.

Cindy Mills told Business Insider that Fogle started making disturbing comments to her in 2008 after meeting at a Subway function.

Mills claims that Fogle admitted to her that he’d had sex with minors, and described encounters with child prostitutes between the ages of 9 and 16-years-old in Thailand and the United States.

Mills told Business Insider that she shared the information with Subway, but the company ignored her complaints.

“I thought, ‘No one is going to believe me, he looks like the all-American boy,’ but he’s not,” she said.

The company says that it is investigating whether executives were aware of Fogle’s interest in children.
