OKLAHOMA CITY– It was an exciting night at the races in Oklahoma City.

Remington Park  became Remington “Bark” as dozens of dogs  came out to this pet friendly event that turned the horse races into a doggone fun time for a good cause.

Events include dog races for small, medium and big dogs between the actual Thoroughbred horse races.

Also, there is an agility course for the dogs to run through as well as costume contest and a doggy wash.

And there were plenty of opportunities for pictures with poochies and vendors offering dog grooming and lots of food and fun.

Proceeds help benefit  local dog rescue organizations and he Pet Food Pantry which helps supply dog food for pets of senior citizens  and those in financial need.
