Since 2007, the Folds of Honor has had the goal of providing educational support to spouses and children of America’s fallen and wounded soldiers.

As of Spring 2015, they’ve awarded more than 10,000 scholarships.

The group’s success all began with golf.

The first golf event was held at Grand Haven Golf Club in 2006, and it continues to be the Folds of Honor’s number one source of revenue.

The annual Patriot Golf Day will take place at thousands of courses on Labor Day weekend. More than 5,200 courses have registered to host nationwide to help raise thousands of dollars.

In 2014, Patriot Golf Day raised more than $5.4 million for scholarships.

“Behind each scholarship awarded is a devoted American, like you, who answered the call.”
