OKLAHOMA CITY – Two Oklahoma City men are accused of pulling off a million-dollar heist at a jewelry store in California.

Earlier this week, investigators with the Oklahoma City Police Department were contacted by authorities in California.

California detectives said two men who were wanted in connection with a jewelry store heist were believed to be in Oklahoma City.

Officials say the alleged suspects made off with $1 million worth of jewelry.

Authorities arrested Willie Thompson and Melvin Andrews in connection with the theft.

Investigators now are looking into the possibility that they may have been connected with several other heists around the country.
