Oklahoma authorities investigating deadly hunting accident

DELAWARE COUNTY, Okla. – Authorities are investigating a hunting accident that left one man dead.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says several men were hunting in a wooded area approximately 10 miles west of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma, when one man shot and killed another man.

Donald Upton, 28, was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI’s help investigating the incident.

So far, no arrests have been made.
