Oklahoma City Thunder head coach Billy Donovan will begin his first NBA training camp Tuesday, September 29, as the Thunder begin a new era with a new head coach.

Donovan spent more than two decades as an assistant and head coach in college, and now he's trying his hand at the NBA.

Not only is it the highest level of professional basketball, but Oklahoma City is a totally new city to Donovan and his family.

Donovan was named the Thunder head coach in late April, and he says the adjustment of moving to OKC has been a humbling experience.

He explained what he meant by that at Thunder media day on Monday, September 28.
