Second message discovered at Moore High School

MOORE, Okla. – A local high school is on high alert after a message was found on a restroom wall at Moore High School.

According to a letter from the school, the message was not date specific and class is still in session.

“This message is being sent to inform you that a message was found on a restroom wall at Moore High School today. The message is not date specific. The Moore Police Department and Moore High School Administration have been notified and are working on the issue.

Moore High School is still in session and is confident of ending the school day in a successful manner. Be assured it is our priority to maintain a safe and secure learning environment for our students and staff,” a message from the principal read.

No other information is available at this time.

This is the second message that has been found at the school this week.

On Oct. 6, police were called to the school after a threatening message was found inside the girls’ bathroom.
