Abandoned apartments in northwest Oklahoma City to be demolished
OKLAHOMA CITY — Seven fire-damaged buildings from the Lantana Apartment complex will be demolished.
At Tuesday’s meeting, the city council approved a $234,652 bid to demolish the structures and remove debris.
K&M Dirt Services won the bid, beating out three others. Its bid was the lowest, the city said.
The city says the buildings could be demolished within the next month or two.
