KANSAS CITY — America is in the thick of postseason baseball as the American and National Leagues play their championships to see who will end up in the World Series.

Previously known for being notoriously bad, the Kansas City Royals are on the up and up in the baseball world.

The Royals are currently leading the American League Championship Series 2-0 over the Toronto Blue Jays.

Royals fan Craig Smith made a music video to celebrate the Royals making it to the playoffs for the second year in a row.

In 2014, they returned to the postseason for the first time in 29 years.

Smith posted his music video to Facebook Oct. 16, and the video has nearly 20,000 views.

Smith captioned the video, “Let’s go KC! As long as we’re in it, I’ll be sharing!”

Game 3 is in Monday Toronto at 7 p.m. CT.
