Republican debate in Colorado, Oklahoma Superintendent says A-F system flawed

OKLAHOMA CITY — The Republican party is going through a lot of changes, and the Oklahoma education system is desperate.

The panel discusses the debate in Colorado between Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and Jeb Bush.

Dr. Gregg Garn, Dean of the college of Education at the University of Oklahoma, joins the panel to talk about student debt. Garn says he has a plan to benefit teachers to keep them in Oklahoma.
