FT. SILL, Okla. - The Today Show weatherman is going for another world record.

Billed as Rokerthon 2, Al Roker plans to set the fastest time ever for reporting the weather from all 50 states in just one week.

He started his cross-country trek in Hawaii Friday morning.

Monday, Al reported the weather from Oklahoma.

KFOR Meteorologist Emily Sutton joined him at Ft. Sill in Lawton.

Al has dubbed the day, "Monster Monday," as he plans to make his way though 13 different states in one day.

His venture is slated to end Friday in New York City.

Rokerthon 2 supports the organization "Feeding America," which is devoted to feeding those in need across the nation.

Last year, Al set a Guinness World Record title by delivering the weather live for 34 hours straight.

We wish him well and we're glad he enjoyed his visit to the Sooner State!
