Spiced Oyster Crackers: (3 Variations)
Ranch:
2 1oz packages Ranch Dressing Mix
1t Garlic Powder
1t Dill Weed
1/2 C Canola Oil
2 8-10oz packages Oyster Crackers

Parmesan:
2 1oz packages Italian Dressing Mix
2 T Crumbled Parmesan
1 t Lemon Pepper
1/2 C Olive Oil
2 8-10oz packages Oyster Crackers

Taco:
1 package (envelope) Taco Seasoning
1/2 t Chili Powder
1/2 t Garlic Powder
1/2 t dried Oregano
3/4 C Canola Oil
3 8-10oz packages Oyster Crackers

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Whisk in oil. Toss crackers into seasoning /oil mix to evenly and thoroughly coat- may use Ziploc bag, but works better to toss. Divide and spread evenly between 2 cookie or baking sheets. Bake 20 minutes or until just turning golden brown.
Remove, cool and place in airtight containers or zipper bags.

Chocolate Dipped Pretzels:
1 20 oz package Chocolate or Almond Bark (in baking section adjacent to chocolate/chocolate chips)
1 8-12 oz package pretzel twists or rods. (I prefer to use the larger of both twists and rods).

In a microwaveable bowl (preferably glass or porcelain) place 1/2 package bark. Microwave on high power 1.5 minutes, using spatula, stir thoroughly. Heat in 15-20 second intervals if required, stirring after each interval.

Using tongs, dip and coat pretzels in melted bark. Place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes. Place in airtight container or zipper bag.
