Thunder star Kevin Durant donates $35,000 to help homeless children

OKLAHOMA CITY –  A popular Oklahoma City Thunder player is spreading a bit of Christmas cheer to homeless children.

On Wednesday, Kevin Durant donated $35,000 to Positive Tomorrows to fund the school’s kitchen renovation, buy science equipment, books and supplies for the students.

Positive Tomorrows is Oklahoma’s only elementary school specifically for homeless children.
