Driver survives extremely close call with metal beam

SAN JOSE, Calif. — A California man was able to walk away nearly unscathed after a metal beam went through his car windshield.

The beam reportedly bounced off a truck on the freeway and busted through his windshield.

The man was able to pull over, and had nothing more than a scratch on his arm, according to the San Jose Fire Department.
