Taylor Swift is notorious for making Christmas wishes come true, and 2015 is no different.

The pop star popped in to a hospital room to surprise 13-year-old girl Delaney Clements, who is fighting cancer.

Delaney was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2010, when she was only 8.

Even in the midst of a tough battle, Swift was able to lift her spirits. The proof is in the picture…Red lipstick and all.

“I was just laying down taking a nap in my room when my mom said I had a visitor. And I thought it might just be another person coming to see how I was. Then suddenly the most amazing miracle happens… The Taylor Swift walked into my bedroom and spent the afternoon with me just talking and hanging!!!! I am beyond Blessed for everyone’s help and support!!! Thank you!!!Happy holidays!!”

Swift even posted some shoutout pictures to her own personal account, captioned, “Merry Christmas Baby.”
